安徽黑貓新材料有限公司（以下簡稱“安徽黑貓”），由江西黑貓?zhí)亢诠煞萦邢薰荆ㄒ韵潞喎Q“黑貓股份”）與安徽黑鈺顏料新材料有限公司（以下簡稱“黑鈺顏料”）,雙方以股權(quán)合作的形式于2021年合資建立，黑鈺顏料整體并入新公司，作為黑貓股份特炭事業(yè)部，全權(quán)運(yùn)營特種炭黑業(yè)務(wù)。

Anhui Black Cat Material Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Anhui Black Cat”), is the joint equity venture company established in 2021, and the former Black Diamond Material Science Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Black Diamond”) is incorporated into Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Inc., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Black Cat”) and set up as the Black Cat Business Unit of Special Carbon Black to fully operate special carbon black business.
